Marques Cabin

This three bedroom (plus den), three bathroom Agate Bay vacation rental cabin is located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, CA. Agate Bay is a short drive to Tahoe City and Kings Beach, both great lakeside towns with wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores, boat/bicycle rentals and much more.

This property has a fantastic layout with a spacious two car garage to store your cars and toys! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace in the living area allow the guest to relax and enjoy the flat screen TV. The master bedroom with attached den and living area/dining area are on the first level. The upstairs portion of the property has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. 

There is easy access to hiking and biking trails that run towards Tahoe City in one direction and Mount Rose in the other. Agate Bay is arguably the best neighborhood in Lake Tahoe! 

All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ. If you have special requests, please let us know.

IMPORTANT:
On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. CLICK HERE to view the full list of policies.

   •Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.
   •Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
