All Agate Bay Properties vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, bath towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and gas BBQ. If you have special requests, please let us know.

IMPORTANT:
On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. CLICK HERE to view the full list of policies.
