Edgar Cabin

This Lake Tahoe vacation rental cabin has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is set down from the street, allowing for extra privacy. It has been remodeled over the years with knotty pine walls throughout the interior as well as improvements to the kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring. The living room has a gas fireplace, high cathedral ceilings and a new flat screen television. These luxuries allow for a cozy cabin experience. A very nice feature in this vacation home is the redwood deck. It wraps around most of the house and provides a perfect place for maximum relaxation in the summer months. One can enjoy the hammocks and a new set of table/chairs that make for a great summer scene.

All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer, and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.

Important:
On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. 

Some Highlights Include:
   •Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.
   •Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
   •Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4
Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
